The Israeli Army Diet

The Israeli Army diet is a classic fad diet that was popular in the 1970s. Like most fad diets the name has nothing to do with the source. The Israeli Army diet has no connection whatsoever with the Israeli Army.

The diet also has a number of other factors in common with crash diets - low calories, poor nutrition, and subsequent weight gain.
